Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective gear or manuals are included inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or bring it directly to one of our retail stores.

Refund Processing

Once our technicians inspect the gear for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item.
