How do I determine the correct ski or snowboard length for my height?
Sizing depends on your height, weight, and ability level. Generally, skis should reach between your chin and the top of your head, while snowboards should reach your chin. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific brand recommendations.
Do you offer professional binding mounting and adjustment services?
Yes, we offer professional mounting services at all Willi's Ski & Board physical locations. For online orders, bindings are shipped unmounted for safety reasons, and we recommend visiting a certified technician to ensure they are set to your specific DIN or release settings.
What is your return policy for technical outerwear and gear?
We accept returns on unused items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and mounted skis are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for oversized items like boards and skis?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Due to the size of equipment, these items are shipped via specialized carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse.
Do you provide a warranty on high-performance winter sports equipment?
All new equipment is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects. Willi's Ski & Board will gladly assist you in facilitating a warranty claim with brands like Burton, Rossignol, or K2 if you encounter any structural issues.
Can I pick up my online order at a Willi's Ski & Board retail location?
Yes, we offer a 'Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store' option at checkout. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification letting you know your gear is ready for pickup at your selected location.
